For those of you who watched the speech yesterday you could hear Steve Ballmer talk about how invested Microsoft is in working on cloud computing. It’s always interesting to hear what this company is doing and you might be surprised to know that even being on employee of the 75% here in Redmond working on cloud, there was a lot that he shared yesterday that was news to me.
It’s always refreshing and humbling to get questions from students.
We launched a new site that overviews our commercial cloud offerings, check it out. But I imagine if you want to join Microsoft in the cloud your best bet is to deploy an app to Windows Azure.
