For those of you looking to decrease latency or increase your worldwide presence you now have more options with the expansion of the Windows Azure footprint.  In talking with partners it’s always interesting to hear how they chose their deployment location.  One might assume everyone chooses the data center closest to their business, some people factor in customer location, dependent systems, differences in data transfer rates, government regulations, and bandwidth limits on devices as they make their decision where to deploy.
