David Sayed provided an uber simple explanation on how to host Silverlight videos on Windows Azure. His four blog posts outline what you need to do to provision an Azure account, set up video storage, publish a Silverlight Video, and embed in a blog. This process is outlined on the Expression website.
Don't get too excited the image above is indeed just an image...you have to check out the site to actually see the video running on Azure.
