Service Agreement

Your use of the Windows Azure is governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement(s) under which you purchased the services. For customers who purchased online directly from Microsoft, such agreement is the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement, which incorporates the Microsoft Online Services Use Rights. For customers who purchased through Microsoft Volume Licensing, you can obtain a copy of your agreement(s) by contacting your Microsoft account representative or volume licensing. If you are uncertain or have other questions, please contact Windows Azure support.

Privacy Statement
